Landy brand Spun polyester sewing thread is made of 100% brand Sinopec Yizheng 1.33dtex X 38mm polyester staple fiber of high-tenacity, low-elongation by advanced machines such as Schlafhorst Autoconers from Germany, Rieter draw frames from Switzerlan, dyed by high quality disperse dyes under 130 degree centigrade high temperature , and finished by fine silicon oil. The rate of exhausting lubricant is 2-6 %. It is featured by perfect glossy luster, excellent lubricity, few knots, good rotting proof, low water shrinkage, high fastness to abrasion, washing, sunlight, perspriration and sublimation. Landy brand Spun polyester sewing thread is especially applicable for high-speed sewing machines. It can reduce the number of broken threads dramatically in the sewing process, to improve the quality of the sewing products, to improve the production efficiency and to reduce the production cost. 

Advantage: Minimize seam puckering/high resistance to abrasion/excellent seam strength & appearance/excellent color fastness/suitable for high speed sew/minimize skipped stitches/high productivity/chemical resistance/extensive color range.

1: Can you provide us sample, is it free or need to pay?
- Free for standard items, only need to charge Express fee properly. (No need charge the express fee if you have your freight collect account like Fedex DHL TNT...) Customized samples need to charge sample fee, the sample fee is refundable after placing order.

- It depends on which style is, if we're not in busy season, usually it takes 2-7 days.

3: What is the lead time for delivery?
- In general we are able to manufacture orders of a 40 HC container items within 15-30 days since order of confirmation fixed.
